Who is the Mother?

I'm sad. I was playing with Ethan after I have changed him. Then Susana came and said goodbye to him before going to take her shower. I thought of putting him to sleep. So I switched off the light. Then he started to cry! I transferred him to his bouncer but sadly, he was still crying none stop. BB heard of his cry and came in. He put him onto his mattress and he cried even fiercely. We ignored him. Well, it was kind of hurt to see him cried out loud.

However, he was much more calmer after Susana came in. Oh my! For that 10 minutes, our beloved son can't recognize us! How could it possibly be? I'm really upset. After some thoughts, he maybe.....

1. too tired for the day (cause his mood was not good for the whole day); or
   
2. he is feeling discomfort as he is teething soon; or
3. I turned off the light as soon as Susana went out from the room

Well, for a start, we have decided to bring Ethan over to sleep with us every Friday. Lets see how it goes!

Happy Tiger Year!

This year, we spent our CNY's eve at our auntie house at Tropicana. Ethan was not used to it for the first few hours. But after that, he was perfectly fine with it. Though he never get to sleep real peacefully.

Throughout the journey back to Melaka, he was so grumpy. He cried none stop. So the Daddy has decided to discipline him by putting him in his car seat (rather than letting Susana to cradle him). He was crying with his crocodile tears. We ignored him. After a few tries, he fell to sleep. Haha...

BB told me that a person characters can never change but we can discipline him when he is still young. I totally agreed! So Ethan Chan, please be prepared from now on. Nobody can ever pamper u now if we are around with you. I do hope "Wak Wak" and the PoPo will not spoil him when we are not around.

Ethan's Nanny

Initially, we do not know whether we shall let Susana to take care of Ethan or not. However, we decided to engage her as Ethan's Nanny after she has agreed with the terms & conditions we have set for her.

She carries Ethan with this sling. It was quite scary to look at on the first glance as I worried Ethan might fell out from the sling. However, she has assured that Ethan will be safe in the sling. Haha... Anyway, we do not wanna Ethan to be carried & pampered too much in this sling.

Susana has just undergone her hysterectomy on Thursday. She has been discharged today & she will be able to take care of Ethan once she is fully recovered. Well, she has met our requirements so far. She is organized and she is clean. Most importantly, she obeys to our T&C so far. No complaints at the moments but we will still monitor her on and off.

Wish "Wak Wak" (a.k.a Auntie) will have a speedy recovery!

36 Weeks of Pregnancy

We made it for another week. It was rather a busy week for me. Basically, I went to get my sales done, bring my clients for lunch, send them moon cakes & say goodbye to them. So, budget has hit till max! Hehe.... $$$$! Hope it is sufficient to last me till I get another new job.

Oh ya! Hubby B and I have been giving a deep thought and consideration for the past 1 week. We have come to the conclusion to have Susana to take care of our baby. Why have we changed our plan? Hmm.... partly I guess she has be with us (I would say more to Hubby B's family) for so many years and she is quite attach to our family too. Besides, we also do not wish to see her lost of her job as she has a family to feed in Indonesia. Thirdly, we can go holidays with a peace of mind without worrying that our mum do not wanna help us picking up our baby. :)

Hence, Hubby & I have spoken to her during her visit today. Well, we have laid out our concerns to her and she accepted it happily.

1. She must go for her fibroid checkup. If it still exist, she must go for operation to remove it out. We need a healthy maid rather than she fainted half way when taking care of baby.


2. She is the only one responsible in taking care our baby. We do not want 2 maids to take care of baby because if anything did happen, we do not know who is the one to blame on.
   


3. She must not go out as she wishes to and left the baby with Eeyos. If she needs to go out, she must make sure that one of our family member is in the house. Oh... Eeyos is a blur queen & she is not alert enough. So we do not want her to take care of baby at all.


4. For hygiene purposes, we have told her strictly not to touch Flame for the first 8-12 months. We do not know how well is baby health development system & we also worry of his allergic reaction towards its furs & mites.
   

The decision has made and we shall have faith on Susana. Maybe for the first few months, we will monitor and spot check her on and off. After all, we trust that she could perform a good job. Else, we will have no choice but to send our baby to babysitter d.
